After the hit song “Hanging Habagat“, Champ Lui Pio is now out with a new song and music video to hit the charts. He is backed up with great OPM artists, Gloc-9 and Noel Cabangon. “Sari-saring Kwento” is his 2nd single from debut solo album “Synergy” from PolyEast Records.
In an interview Gloc-9 admits that he was challenged squeezing the rap lyrics in the space left for him. He admitted he it was during the recording when the lyrics was completed.
Noel Cabangun also lend Champ his music talent because he was touched by the message of the song itself.
The music was held at a studio in Pasong Tamo Ext. It was a night full of fun and surprises. They all are friends outside the music scene. I was able capture Noel Cabangun taking a video of Gloc-9 during his take using his mobile phone. Champ on the other hand was mimicking Gloc-9 while he was rapping and made Gloc-9 lose focus.
Sari-Saring Kwento has already premiered on MYX a few days ago and it was the first time I saw the video.
The Sari-Saring Kwento music video is directed by Enzo Valdez with Jan Parma as Director of Photography. Vote for it at MYX Music Channel by texting MYX REQUEST SARI-SARING KWENTO and send it to 2366.
