It’s Beginning to look a lot like Christmas
A classic Christmas song and one of my favorites. I first heard it in the movie Home Alone. Since the lyrics isn’t in contrast with our Country, I changed the lyrics to make it more suitable.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the Philippines
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Ev’rywhere you go;
Take a look in your bag and check your pockets once again
Your wallet’s gone you do not even know.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Sale in every store
But the scariest thing to see is the cards bills that will be
on your own front door.
A pair of mandurukots with pistol that shoots
Inside the jeep and bus as well;
Goons that will poke then go for a walk
And stab you if you panic and yell
And mom and Dad can’t help but cry and file a case again.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Ev’rywhere you go;
There’s a thief in the market and one in the park as well
a ninja type that’s quick to snatch and go.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Soon the cries will start,
And the things that will make me sick are these crimes so I’ll just stick
Right within our house.
