Chef china cojuangco demonstrated her cooking skills at Eastwood during the bloggers last January 12, 2011. The event was hosted by Issa Litton. China Cojuangco was also present at the even and demonstrated her cooking skills. It was no surprise, she does have a cooking show on TV after all . I was amazed how someone so classy can create sumptuous dishes. I wonder if she was using le creuset in preparing the dishes. Too bad I was not at the event and was only able to read my fellow bloggers posts about it. The pictures posted were very sumptuous. The dishes prepared were Tri Color Pasta with Salmon Cream, Canadian Glazed Ham, Lengua Legislativa and Croquettas De Pollo Con Huevos with Aioli. I’ll remind my self to read facebook invitations so that I won’t miss any events.
