A story about Sandy who does not believe in happily ever after. But what it someone comes along and make her question what she believes in? Can that someone change her jaded heart?
This is Maja at her best. Not surprising at all since we all know that Maja is one of the most talented actresses we have around. Fresh from the Thelma, her first lead role in a movie, which is now gaining international attention. Maja is so versatile! She can do drama, comedy, horror, romance and a very sweet and funny person in real life. Her teleseryes last 2011 were all top-raters.
As for Matteo, My Cactus Heart, is his first starring role. We have all seen him is past teleseryes too and he has indeed proven that he is more than just a pretty face. In My Cactus Heart, we can now see why Matteo most promising new male stars of today! Xian Lim’s brooding stance made us all notice that he’s got the “it” and he deserves a second look! He plays the role of Bene, one of the two men who will try to win over Sandy’s heart. Now Karlo or Bene? Who can make her believe that there is “happily ever after”?
