Dehumidifier is a household appliance usually used for health reasons. I saw one on the internet and it looks like a typical air cooler my grandmother uses. I didn’t even know what it was, how it works or how it aids one’s health. All I know is that humid air can cause mold and mildew build up or even bacteria. I don’t even know if someone in the Philippines uses it. Most Filipino prefer an air cooler or an air conditioner over a dehumidifier ( I even find it hard to pronounce the word).
