There are now around 30 groupons or group buying coupons; or bulk buying sites in the country. I can only name a few that I know and have subscribed to their mailing lists to receive updates on their new and blazing offers. Who is the started it? Actually I wanted to say “who are the garage door openers that inspired everyone to created their own groupon site?” Copying has always been in a practice in the Philippine industry. Remember when Zagu came out, everybody opened their own pearl shake business and it’s still happening. There’s shawarma, Hongkong noodles, dim sums, and; the latest craze in food cart business, scramble.
